  • How much is a subscription to your journal?

    Please refer to the Order a Subscription page for rates.
  • What is the agency discount?

    We offer a 7% discount to agencies.
  • Do you administer pro forma invoices?

    We do not administer pro forma invoices, but our subscription form is available for download.
  • What is the time period for a full-year subscription?

    January to December of the current year.
  • When can I expect to receive back issues if I send in my payment after January?

    Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the payment to be processed and back issues to be delivered.
  • How can I claim a missing issue?

    You can send a claim to the attention of Stefanie Witkowski by fax (908-547-2084) or e-mail.
  • How long after the issue was to be received can I claim a missing issue?

    All claims must be made within 6 months of the cover month to qualify for replacement without charge.
  • What is the cost of a single issue?

    $25.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    Please contact Stefanie Witkowski.
  • When can I expect to be removed from the subscriber list?

    You should no longer receive the issue on the next mailing, but if it is a monthly mailing you may still receive the next issue.
  • When can I expect to receive a refund if I am/was a paying subscriber?

    Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the payment to be processed and delivered.
